LIIFT4 : My Personal Review

I first heard about this new fitness program launching April of 2018 at a Super Saturday Event I attended for my coaching business. Something Beachbody does really well is to truly listen to what the needs of it’s customers and coaches. They work hard to create and provide programs that address those needs perfectly!

I knew instantly this LIIFT4 program was created for all the “Busy MOMS” out there…myself included!

Looks like TONS of fun right?!?!

I nick-named LIIFt4 the “Busy Mom” workout program because of these amazingly great benefits this workout program offers Busy Moms:

  • 4 days a week workouts

  • 30 minutes for each work out

  • Nutrition Meal Plan allows for 2 cheat items a week

  • Designed for the 2 rest days together

    (weekends are workout free…more guilt free family time!)

I have been in the health and fitness industry long enough to know that most Moms who are trying to juggle sports practices, school events, family functions, and just every day life really need a workout program that can produce super effective results with out causing their schedule extra stress!

As a Mom of 3 kids trying to commit to 5-6 days a week for an hours or more was really difficult and when life got extra busy and I wouldn’t have time to fit in my work out. This would start to leave me feeling like a failure or that I had totally lost all of my progress from no being able to complete my workout program commitments.

I DON’T GET THOSE FEELING WITH THIS PROGRAM!

This program is a combination of Nutrition + Fitness.

I haven’t always been the best with nutrition, clean eating, or fueling my body with the vitamins and nutrients I truly needed until this last year and half. But, over the last year and a half I have seen AMAZING benefits for myself and in my kids. The positive changes have helped me realize the importance of proper nutrition daily!!

The nutrition program for LIIFT4 is actually really simple and easy to follow. It includes Shakeology, a superfoods shake, and a clean eating portion container program.

The portion container program is based on REAL WHOLE foods. It does not include any foods that have artificial sweeteners, chemicals, artificial dyes, etc. I struggled with over eating most of my life and this portion container program has helped me to feel full, satisfied, and continuously stay at a healthy weight. LAST BUT NOT LEAST…THE FITNESS!!

I’ll be honest with you…I was worried about only having 4 days a week of workouts that are only 30 minutes long! My mind has been programed that I need 5-6 days a weeks for an hour or more to be truly effective and see results.

Well, I WAS WRONG!

This style of fitness is a combination of weight lifting and hit cardio. It maximizes the energy in our muscles first to build up our muscles at the beginning of the work outs. This type of weight lifting results is really lean and muscular muscle tone. I know most females especially appreciate this because they are not wanting to look “big and bulky” but lean and toned.

The hit cardio and core are alway at the end of the work outs. They really push you to “burn out mode!!” After each work out and each week of this 8 week program I would still feel sore and would get a great workout.

As I moved through this program I realized I gained strength and muscle definition fast! So, I had to increase my weight several times over the 8 weeks.

Increasing the weight your lifting if you can feel it’s too loose is important to see AMAZING RESULTS!!
